Pair this professionally-guided bike tour with a morning bus or Alcatraz tour for the ultimate day in San Francisco. This exclusive ride follows one of our favorite routes, past the piers, through Chrissy Field and alongside Fort Point to the city’s gem – the Golden Gate Bridge. Pedal over the bridge on the West/Ocean side of the bridge, which opens strictly for cyclists starting at 3pm. Cross the bridge and ride “the road less traveled” to San Francisco’s must-see monuments.

The tour departs at 4pm March-October and 3pm November-February. We ask for all guest to arrive at least 30 minutes early in order to complete their paperwork and get fitted to their bike The tour is 12 miles, 2.5- 3 hours, and departs from our Fisherman’s Wharf Tour center located at 2661 Taylor Street.
The tour costs $55 (ages 12 and older) and $35 (ages 11 and under.) We also have an electric bike option that is $85 (ages 13 and older.)
This tour happens later afternoon and rides the west ocean side of the Bridge, turning around at the end vista point and doubling back through the San Francisco Presidio
Absolutely! In fact after the guided tour ends you may enjoy a free, bonus bike rental for the rest of the day. Helmets are always included for free and recommended as well.
This is a beginner to intermediate tour and is suitable for all ages. We offer a variety of kids’ equipment in order to ensure that everyone is safe and comfortable on this tour (we have tag-alongs, child seats, trailers, and independent kid’s bikes.) When you arrive to check in for your tour, we will get you fitted to the bike that suits you best.

No- the tour is a sunset tour, designed to give you ideal views of the pink and orange sunset over the west side of the Golden Gate Bridge- open exclusively in the afternoons just for bikes! Still, we provide lights on each bike during winter months as during the last part we are riding in dusk.
